Return and Exchange Policy

Cancellation: 

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours (1 day) of purchase. After this period, production begins and cancellations will not be accepted.

Returns and Exchanges:

All products undergo quality control and are photographed after production, and the records are kept for 30 days. Due to the personalized and custom-made nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an error on our part (e.g., wrong product, size, or fabric) is confirmed. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for any other reason besides errors caused by us.
