We can only cancel orders within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, our team begins production process.

Every product is carefully checked and photographed after it's made. We keep these records for 30 days to ensure our standards are met.
Returns for Custom Products
Because our products are made specifically for you, we generally don't accept returns or exchanges. However, we fully accept responsibility if we make an error (like sending the wrong item, size, or fabric).
Please understand that colors may appear differently on various screens, so we recommend ordering a fabric sample first if you need exact color matching.

Refund Process
